Cricket and Sports Betting
From understanding cricket betting markets at e28 to live betting and match cancellation rules — everything is explained here.
e28 offers a range of cricket betting markets including Match Winner, Innings Total Runs, Top Batter, Series Winner, and Man of the Match. Separate markets are available for all three formats — T20, ODI, and Test. The same range of markets applies to BPL and international matches. Markets for each match open before the game starts and remain active during live play.
Betting on multiple matches together is called an accumulator or multi bet. The odds of all selections are multiplied to produce the combined odds. Example: three selections with decimal odds of 1.40, 1.50, and 1.90 give combined odds of 1.40 × 1.50 × 1.90 = 3.99. With a ৳100 stake, the return is ৳399 — but all three selections must win; if one loses, the entire bet is lost.
Yes, betting at e28 works the same way for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. The types of markets and odds remain the same. However, the number and range of markets may vary slightly between tournaments. International matches generally have more markets available.
In-play or live betting at e28 is active while a match is ongoing. Go to the Sports section, select the match in progress — find it under the "Live" tab — and place your stake on the market of your choice. Odds change quickly during live play, so check the odds again before confirming your bet. Once the bet is accepted, the stake will be deducted from your account.
If a match is declared "No Result" or abandoned due to rain or any other reason, the relevant bets are generally cancelled and the stake is returned. However, if a result is declared after a set portion of the scheduled overs has been completed, bets will be settled according to that result. For full details, read e28's Terms and Conditions.
Yes, odds can appear in three formats — decimal, fractional, and American. Example: a ৳500 stake on Team A to win at decimal 3.00 = fractional 2/1 = American +200. If it wins, total return is ৳1,500 (৳1,000 profit + ৳500 stake); if it loses, ৳500 is gone. e28 generally uses the decimal format, which is the easiest to understand.
Limits and Controls
e28 believes responsible gaming is important. Find more information on the Responsible Gaming page.
Yes, e28 gives every player the option to set their own deposit limit. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit to prevent deposits beyond a specified amount. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit may have a waiting period — this is intentional and is there to protect players.
There are signs to watch out for: gambling beyond your budget, repeatedly increasing bets to recover losses, hiding the time you spend gambling, neglecting family or work to gamble. If any of these apply to you, take a pause. e28 offers responsible gambling tools for players aged 21 and above.
A cooling-off period is a temporary break from your account — usually from 24 hours to a few weeks. During this time, you cannot log in or place bets. Contact the support team and they will activate it for you. This break gives you the opportunity to reconsider your decisions.
With self-exclusion, your account is closed for an extended period — generally from 6 months up to permanently. The account cannot be reactivated until the chosen period ends. This option is for serious situations — if you feel you are losing control over your gambling, contact e28 support.
Problematic gambling is a health issue and it is important to seek help. Speak with a trusted family member or a mental health counsellor. The e28 support team can also help you with account limits or closing your account. Remember — playing at e28 is only for those aged 21 and above and is intended for entertainment.
Deposits and Payment Methods
e28 does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your mobile banking app (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply a transaction fee according to its own rules — that is the policy of the respective service. The full deposited amount is added to your e28 account balance.
The minimum deposit at e28 is ৳100. This applies to all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket all have the same minimum. You can start with just ৳100. For withdrawals, the minimum amount is ৳500.
Log in to your e28 account and go to the Deposit section. Select bKash as the payment method and enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum ৳100). Send money from your bKash app to the number shown, then enter the transaction ID in the designated field. The balance is usually updated within a few minutes.
e28 currently supports deposits via three mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service from Dutch-Bangla Bank. All three are among the most widely used mobile payment services in Bangladesh and are available almost everywhere in the country. These three methods are also used for withdrawals.
After depositing via Nagad, the balance in your e28 account usually appears within a few minutes. Providing the transaction ID correctly speeds up the process. If the balance has not updated after a long time, contact e28's live chat support with a screenshot of the transaction.
Withdrawals from e28 to bKash are usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After submitting the request, the support team verifies and processes it. During busy periods it may take slightly longer, but the money generally arrives within 30 minutes.
Account Questions
If you have trouble opening an account or logging in, find detailed instructions on the e28 Login page.
To open an account at e28, you need an active mobile number and must create a username and password. You must provide your correct date of birth during registration — e28 is only for those aged 21 or above. Your mobile number may need to be verified via OTP. Only one account per person is allowed.
Usernames must generally be between 6 and 20 characters, and once set, are difficult to change. Passwords should be at least 8 characters long and ideally combine uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers. Using easily guessable passwords (such as your date of birth or "12345678") is not safe. Do not share your password with anyone.
First make sure Caps Lock is off and that you have entered your username or email correctly. If it still does not work, use the "Forgot password?" link. Repeated failed attempts may temporarily lock your account — in that case, contact e28 support. Clearing your browser cache also resolves the issue in many cases.
Click the "Forgot password?" option on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email and an OTP or reset link will be sent to you. Use it to create a new password. If your mobile number has changed or you cannot access your email, contact e28 support directly for help.
No, e28's rules allow only one account per person. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in both accounts being closed and any balance in them being frozen. If multiple family members use the same device, you should inform support in advance.
Yes, the e28 App is available on both Android and iOS. The app is available through official channels. You can log in with the same account on the mobile app and access all features — betting, deposits, withdrawals, and live casino.
