2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use e28bet's services, a member must be 21 years of age or older. By opening an account, the member declares that they are of legal gambling age and that participating in such activities is lawful from their current location.
2.2 One Account Rule
Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or family. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses held in them may be forfeited.
2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
The name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. e28 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or misleading information is provided.
2.4 Account Security
The member is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Granting account access to anyone else is prohibited. Any unauthorised access must be reported to e28's support team immediately.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
e28bet currently accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits and withdrawals. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
3.2 Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing time may vary depending on the server status of the bank or payment provider.
3.3 Verification
e28 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request. The member may be required to provide necessary information or documents for verification. Withdrawals will be held until verification is successful.
3.4 Source of Funds
The member confirms that deposited funds come from a lawful source and that they are the rightful owner of those funds. Depositing from a third party's account or card is prohibited.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at e28, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus is not free money; the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement to meet is ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
4.2 Other Promotions
Other promotional offers at e28, such as the weekly reload reward, slot festival bonus, and cricket accumulation gift, also have their own wagering requirements. Eligibility conditions, minimum deposit, and wagering requirements may differ for each promotion.
Bonuses can only be withdrawn after the specified conditions are met. In case of a violation, e28 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through betting patterns — is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the account will be closed.
5. Rules of Play
5.1 Fair Play
All games on e28 are operated impartially. Using any software tools, bots, or automated methods to play games is prohibited. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or taking advantage of any technical errors is not permitted.
5.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, e28 reserves the right to determine the outcome of the wager based on the circumstances. In all cases, the server record will be considered the final evidence.
5.3 Game Rules
Each game has its own rules, which members should read before playing. RTP (Return to Player) information is available in the game interface. e28's decision on any matter related to rules is final.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious transactions
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account
- Interfering with e28's systems, network, or software
- Opening an account using a false identity or a third party's information
- Operating more than one account
- Threatening, harassing, or engaging in offensive behaviour towards other members on the platform
- Using any software or method that abnormally influences game outcomes
7. Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 e28's Authority
e28 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms violations — without prior notice.
7.2 Member Request
A member may also request account closure at any time. In that case, the process of returning any eligible balance will begin. The option for self-exclusion or a break can also be chosen from the responsible gaming section.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

By opening an account, the member consents to e28 using their information for service operations, verification, fraud prevention, and fulfilling legal obligations.
9. Responsible Gaming Commitment
e28 promotes informed gambling and is active in preventing problematic gambling behaviour. The platform offers the ability to set deposit limits, take session breaks, and self-exclude.

12. Changes to Terms and Enforceability
e28 reserves the right to amend, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Members will be notified as far in advance as possible for significant changes. If a member continues to use the platform after any changes, it will be considered that they have agreed to the new terms.
